How it works

Close a trial — Divolvi recovers, values, and certifies every device

Six connected stages move every device from a closing site back to your warehouse, certified and audit-ready. Divolvi handles the busywork and keeps a human in the loop where it counts: Approving each unit's value and confirming physical receipt.

01Import trials, sites & devices

Bring your deployed inventory into Divolvi in bulk. Each device maps to the site it physically lives at, and inherits the trial(s) that site participates in. So a trial automatically contains every device across its sites.

Devices · sites · deployment records · trial associations
02AI Coordinator opens outreach

When a trial moves to close-out, the AI drafts a recovery email tailored to each site contact and sends it from your connected inbox. Replies flow back in, get triaged, and confirm which devices and boxes each site holds.

Personalized emails · reply ingestion · confirmation tracking
03Generate labels & schedule pickups

For each box, Divolvi creates a carrier label on your own FedEx account, validates the site address, and can schedule a pickup. One label equals one physical box, which can hold many devices. UPS support is coming soon.

Per-box labels · address validation · carrier pickups
04Track to delivery

Every shipment is tracked from label creation through delivery, with the carrier-verified delivery timestamp anchoring your timeline and starting the assessment window.

Live status · exceptions · carrier-verified timestamps
05Receive & assess

Ops confirms each device physically in hand. Divolvi captures condition and proposes a market value using AI. Admin approves it, giving every returned unit a value of record.

Warehouse receipt · AI valuation · human approval
06Certify & close the loop

A PHI-wipe certificate is generated per device, aligned to FDA / NIST sanitization standards, and attached to the device's full audit history — ready for any downstream audit.

Sanitization certs · audit log · exportable records
One system

No spreadsheets, no dropped devices

Every stage feeds the next, so nothing falls through the cracks between outreach, shipping, and the warehouse.
