Our mission

Make device recovery automatic, compliant, and complete

Billions of dollars of medical hardware are deployed to clinical trials every year. When those trials end, recovering that hardware is a manual, error-prone scramble. Divolvi exists to change that.

Why we built it

The last mile of a trial is broken

Sponsors and device makers ship monitors, ventilators, tablets and loaner units to hundreds of sites, then rely on email threads and spreadsheets to get them back. Divolvi replaces that with a single, AI-native system that reaches every site, ships every box, and certifies every device.

The units that go missing aren’t just lost hardware, they carry patient data that still has to be wiped, and capital that never makes it back onto the balance sheet. We built Divolvi so the close-out of a trial is as coordinated as its launch.

The last device at the last site is where recovery programs quietly lose money. That’s exactly what we built Divolvi to fix.

Recovery, complete

A recovery isn't done at 80%. We build for the last device at the last site. The units everyone else writes off.

Compliance, not theater

Evidence should accumulate as work happens, not get reconstructed before an audit. Defensible by default.

Value returned

Every device recovered is capital back on the balance sheet and less hardware in a landfill. Good economics and good stewardship.

AI where it earns its place

We use AI for the tedious, high-volume work: outreach, triage, valuation and keep humans on the decisions that carry risk.
